Simple conversations can be life changing.

Sometimes you feel everything is wrong and you don’t know what it is that makes you feel this way. And you’re scared that you’re on the verge of some thing wrong.

It feels like you are fighting a battle with yourself. It cause you feel isolated, unwanted, lonely and worthless.

You push people away… You take things personally or say something that is horrible but you don’t mean it. You’re scared of getting hurt, you’re scared that people will get sick of you and leave.

It’s easier to pretend that you are okay than to explain why you are’nt okay.

Don’t push people away. You can’t fight this battle alone. The people in your life probably can’t fully give you the uplifting you need, but they will be there for you to support and help you.

Find someone who will listen. This could be your best friend, brother or sister. The one who listens to every word you say, understands what is disturbing you and knows how to pull you back up off the ground. This is the kind of person you want to surround yourself with.

Simple conversations can be life changing, approach someone you trust maybe a relative, a housemate, a friend or colleague.

I’m always on the verge of something going wrong and it always does. I always seem to have to fight the battles on my own but I know the Lord is with me though. Take care and have a good day.

When we are scared or hurt or wounded these are the times that we are not thinking clearly. Someone who knows us well and cares about us is the person to point this out. We all need that good friend, the one who is in our corner.
