If they hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your heart.
Forgive Them.
Because they helped us learn about trust and the importance of being careful when we open our heart.

I go between forgiving them and being angry. It’s so hard to do sometimes. How can people hurt other people intentionally? Playing with peoples emotions is deep shit. Very hurtful it sucks

If we keep reading the same chapter that they hurt us … then we never start another chapter of life
